We're Spatie, a team of about 15 people from Antwerp, Belgium. We've created over 300 open-source Laravel packages downloaded more than two billion times, and we build products like Flare, Mailcoach, and Ray.
Having many customers means many support conversations. After years of supporting our own community, we knew exactly what a helpdesk should feel like. Every feature in There There was born from that experience, and we use it every day to support our own products.

Our servers and object storage run on UpCloud, a Finnish cloud provider with data centers across Europe. Your data never leaves the EU.
GDPR compliant
We take privacy seriously. There There is fully GDPR compliant, and we sign Data Processing Agreements with all of our service providers.
Honest about third parties
AI features use OpenAI, and transactional email goes through Postmark. These are US-based services. We use EU infrastructure for everything we can, and we're transparent about the rest.
