We make Flare, Mailcoach, and Ray, and like many companies, we've looked at AI to get through support tickets faster. Every help desk we looked at added AI in ways we found too intrusive.
So we built There There differently. We use AI in a way that leverages your knowledge and experience without replacing you. You can let it answer customers directly, but you're always in control. AI not for the sake of using AI.
