Data Processing Agreement

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) safeguards the privacy and security of the personal data that There There processes on your behalf. When you use There There, you act as the data controller and There There (operated by Spatie bv) acts as your data processor. The DPA sets out clear, GDPR-compliant guidelines on how that personal data is handled.

Signing our DPA

Our DPA comes pre-signed by Spatie bv. To put it in place, you can download the document here, fill in your company details, sign it, and send the fully signed copy to privacy@there-there.app for your records.
