Snooze tickets, merge duplicates, and a workflows overhaul

New

  • Merge duplicate tickets into a single thread, with a one-click undo if you change your mind.
  • A new "on no reply" workflow trigger sends service level reminders, with an optional business-hours clock.
  • Give each channel its own email signature and "From" sender name.
  • See email read receipts, powered by Postmark open tracking.

Improvements

  • Redesigned the workflows list, grouped by trigger with drag-to-reorder and explanatory tooltips.
  • API tokens now carry a purpose and a read-only or read-and-write permission. "Connected AIs" is now "Connected apps".
  • The AI can set a color when it creates a tag, and now references tickets by their number.
  • Ticket assignees are notified of private notes without needing an @mention.
