There There is an AI-powered helpdesk application built by Spatie. It gives your support team a fast, collaborative workspace where every customer conversation lives in one place, no matter how it arrives.

Whether your customers reach out via email or through an embedded support widget on your website, There There brings all those conversations into a unified inbox your team can manage together.

Key capabilities

Multi-channel support

Receive and respond to customer messages through email channels and an embeddable support widget. Each channel has its own address, branding, and settings.

AI-powered features

There There can automatically generate ticket titles, summarize long conversations, and power a chat assistant trained on your own documentation. The assistant searches your brain, looks up past tickets, drafts replies, and manages tickets on your behalf. You can extend it with MCP connections to external services like error trackers or billing systems.

Workflows and automation

Create workflows that automatically tag, assign, or route tickets based on conditions you define. Send auto-replies, trigger webhooks, or run AI prompts to classify and process incoming tickets.

Team collaboration

Invite your team, assign roles (owner, admin, agent), organize members into teams, and control who sees which channels. Internal notes and @mentions keep everyone on the same page.

API and integrations

Connect There There to your existing tools through the REST API, a command-line interface, Slack notifications, and webhook integrations. An agent skill lets AI coding agents like Claude Code manage your helpdesk from the terminal.
